It’s been a privilege to represent my home area of Linlithgow and East Falkirk. I look forward to the campaign ahead to win Bathgate and Linlithgow at the General Election taking place on Thursday 4th July. • It’s later than we would have hoped for, yet earlier than I expected. • By scheduling a UK election during the Scottish school holidays and the Euros many will be away from home.. So make sure to get a postal vote and have your vote counted. • Scotland needs real change at the election, and if we want to end Austerity, Brexit and Cost of Living Crises we will need independence • Simply replacing the Tories with Starmers Labour will make little to no difference. Scotland will continue to be ignored, Tory spending and austerity plans will continue to be implemented, the NHS will be exposed to greater privatisation and the new UK Government will continue helping Israel bomb and starve children in Gaza. • So on 4th July - Vote for what you really believe in. • The SNP offers a better future to the broken Westminster consensus. • Your vote for the SNP on 4th July is a vote to put decision making powers into the hands of the people of Scotland.
