This lecture is about how to determine clockwise and anti clockwise moment • Q: What is torque? • Ans: The turning effects produced by force an in object about a fixed point is called Torque or moment of force or just moment. • For example, when you push on the handle of a door, you exert force on the handle of a door. As a result, turning effects produced in the door about fixed point. • In Physics, here you don't exert force on the handle of the door rather you exert torque or moment on the handle of the door. • Similarly, when you want to open a tightly closed nut, you use a wrench in order to open the closed nut. You hold the handle of the wrench and exert force on the wrench; as a result, your force produces turning effects both in the wrench and in the nut. This turning effects produced in the nut by the force is known as moment or torque. • #ClockwiseAndAntiClockwiseMoment • Subscribe my channel at: / @najamacademy • Youtube link: / @najamacademy • Facebook link: / najamacademy
