Josh’s first full-length solo album, As Good A Place As Any, was released in April 2019. • Equipment/Techniqes: • Recorded on a Zoom H6, which is visible behind me. • The H6 is set to 120 degree stereo • Lead mic is an Audio Technica AT2050 • There is a sennheiser e901 coming from the kick • The guitar and bass are DI via Line 6 stuff • Mixed in pro tools. Some stero widening, as well as eq, compression and saturation all around. Te reverb is almost entirely natural (my mic needed a little bit extra) and is the wonderful sound of Aberdeen Music Hall. • Filmed on a Canon EOS 200D with a 24mm f/2.8. Edited in Premiere.
