Why I Created This Video: Exposing a Scam • Recently, I applied for a job with a company called Horizon through LinkedIn. After spending hours filling out an extensive interview and questionnaire, I received an email the next day informing me that I had been hired. However, something felt off. The email included a logo for Horizon with the tagline Secure Tomorrow, which, upon further investigation, turned out to be the name of the antagonist organization in the video game Rainbow Six. • My deeper research revealed that I was actually dealing with a scammer company based in India, not a legitimate employer. Realizing this, I immediately cut off communication with them. • With some extra time on my hands, I decided to turn this experience into something creative, a corporate style video for the fictional Horizon organization. This video is both a cautionary tale and a bit of fun, highlighting the absurdity of the situation I found myself in.
