Another non-cycling cycling adventure... • On Feb 6, 2025 I had my hip replacement surgery. This is my story to create and tell so I can keep my sanity and remember to not take things for granted. • Massive shout out to my wife, Lisa, who has been my absolute rock in this in life. She doesn't tolerate any of my BS. Also thank you to my son, Jack, his partner, Sindi...both were at the hospital and never left my side that day. Big hug to my daughter, Ana, who sent me her loving and great amazing healing vibes from far away. I love you all!! • I'm down but not out! My winter training has officially (finally) begun.
