💥CHEESY QEEMA NAAN💥 • Cheesy Qeema Naan Recipe is amazing and a must try easy recipe you can easily prepare it at your home save it now and follow @sids_cooking12 for such yummy recipes🤤 • ▶️INGREDIENTS • ➡️For Filling • 🔹Chicken or beef minced 500 gms • 🔹Oil 4 Tbsp • 🔹Onion 1 small (grated) • 🔹Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp • Spices to have: • 🔹Salt to taste • 🔹Chilli flakes 1 tsp • 🔹Coriander powder 1 tsp • 🔹Cumin Powder 1 tsp • 🔹Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp • 🔹oregano 1/2 tsp • 🔹Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp • ▶️Method • Heat Oil , sauté onion till translucent, add garlic ginger paste then add mince with all the other ingredients cook well for 15 minutes on medium heat . Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside to cool. • • ➡️For Dough • 🔹Flour 3 Cups • 🔹Yeast 2 tsp • 🔹sugar 1/2 tsp • 🔹salt 1/2 • 🔹Oil 4 Tbsp • 🔹Yogurt 3 tbsp • 🔹Warm Milk 1-2 Cups (add gradually according to dough requirements) • ▶️Method • Combine all the ingredients and knead a soft dough and put some oil on the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
