Double down is an elite level 4 dismount in cheerleading. • Start in a prep position with flyer holding a T-motion. • Flyers, while lifting up, turn your hips, shoulders and feet to a 1/4 turn to your left side. Snap your feet together, keep the chin tucked and body extended. • After 1/4 turn, pull your arms to a clean motion. Your body needs to be completely extended and your feet nicely together. Finish with catching yourself in a nice cradle. • Bases dip slow and low with your legs.
