After many years of the well-known MetroCard, New York City's subway fare system is getting a makeover. The new system is called OMNY, and while the card's rollout is expected sometime soon, you can already pay with OMNY! If you go to https://omny.info/register, you can attach your account to your bank card. Then, it's just a quick tap with your phone or your contactless card and you've paid your subway fare! OMNY is available on the subway, Staten Island Railroad, and bus lines.
