The truth about this fish that NOAA believe's to be at risk of endangerment. In this video I explore why Florida's gulf has an 103 day red snapper season but the Atlantic side only has 1 day of recreational harvest. While exploring this curious disparity, we go in search of a few huge red snapper of our own. We then hit the inlet for a few giant snook and close out the video with an epic snapper catch, clean and cook!
