In this video, part two in my mini series on homemade wood burning stoves, I am making a big twig stove from two old beer cans. This design is efficient, lightweight and easily packable as it is made to roll up and fit in a billy can or cooking pot. • Although I use power tools and bench tools, this could easily be made using a few simple hand tools and the materials are recycled or inexpensive to buy. • Making your own gear is always fun and the finished product will give you great sense of enjoyment and satisfaction - have a go and make a stove of your own. • Part three coming up soon. • I hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching! • • Links • (as an Amazon associate, I may earn from certain qualifying Amazon purchases - it doesn’t cost you any more, but helps support me) • • Faxe beer (available from B and M discount stores across the UK) • https://www.bmstores.co.uk/products/f... • Skewers • https://groceries.morrisons.com/produ... • Stainless steel pop rivets • https://amzn.to/34udlvz • Pop riveter • https://amzn.to/3Gjsugp • Expanded steel mesh • https://www.travisperkins.co.uk/beads... • Contact me at: • [email protected] • Or by mail at: • Simon, a bloke in the woods • PO Box 384 • Diss • Norfolk • IP22 9DB • UK • Facebook - Simon, a bloke in the woods • https://www.facebook.com/Simon-a-blok... • • Instagram - simon_a_bloke_in_the_woods • https://www.instagram.com/simon_a_blo... • • Music • Coal Miners Reel by River Run Dry • Arkansas Traveller by Nat Keefe and Hot Buttered Rum
