Click on SHOW MORE below to learn how... • STEAMING CAULIFLOWER • Purchase white (or other color) cauliflower that have tightly clustered florets, with no yellow or brown spots on the florets to ensure freshness. • Cauliflower can be stored in the refrigerator up to 4 days. • Rise cut cauliflower florets, under fresh cool running water, before using. • Place florets in steaming basket. Add above 1-inch of boiling water, over medium-high heat. Cover with tight fitting lid. Steam for 6-7 minutes.
