Today I am going to show you how to use it to send large files by email. • WeTransfer is great because it sends the file and then deletes it after a period of time. On a free account, you have a limit of 2Gb transfer space and up to 7 days for another person to download the file you want to share. On a paid account, you can transfer up to 20 Gb. • How to send large files using We Transfer (or in my case, how to send large video files via email). • 1. Go to WeTransfer.com • 2. Add your files individually, or by folder. • 3. Choose your file. • 4. Click on the 3 dots and choose how you want to send the file: Send email transfer or Get transfer link . • Send email transfer will send an email directly to someone • Get transfer link is great if you need to send this file to more people. You can copy the transfer link and paste it in an email and send it to your email contacts. • For this tutorial, I'm going to choose Get transfer link . • 5. Click Get a link • 6. Copy the link. • 7. Head over to your email • 8. Compose your email, paste the link, and send it to any email you want.
