We used very common stuffing in easy steps in tamil. • How to Make / Making of onion samosa - tamil : • First make the maida dough for outer crispy cover. 1 cup of maida, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, then add 3 spoon of oil with some water, mix it well and make dough. finally add a spoon of oil to cover all the places. keep it 20 minutes with clean cloth wrapped around it. Now take the chopped onion and dry it using the tissue paper. Add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala then mix it well and add a coriander leaves finally add salt. Now keep the stuffings aside, make the cover for stuffing as shown in the video, stuff it and fry it in oil. Serve with coriander or mint chutney or even with a sauce.
