[RECIPE BELOW] Hoisin Sauce • Although the colour may not be the same as the hoisin sauce you remember - this absolutely tastes the same. Super easy. Sweet yet slightly bitter, perfect on duck or any other Asian meal you fancy. I served mine on some duck breasts and it was lovely. • | The Recipe | • INGREDIENTS: • 3-4 tbsp Soy Sauce (4 tbsp will be very salty) • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar • 1 tbsp KETO Maple Syrup (I used Panic Pancake's Maple Madness) • 1/4 tsp Sweetener (I used Erythritol) • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth (I used Whole Earth) • 1 Clove Garlic, minced - OR 1 tsp Garlic Puree • 3 tsp Sesame Oil • 1/4 tsp Chinese Five Spice • 1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum • OPTIONAL: 1 tsp Hot Sauce • METHOD: • 1.Place all ingredients in a blender OR a small bowl. • 2. Mix together for 2-3 minutes, or until well combined and the sauce has started to thicken. • 3.
