In this video I adjusted the waistband so the skirt will fit better. Then I paired it with a sleeveless blouse given to me by a friend. I enjoy thrift shopping. It means saving money but getting new clothes, new to me anyway. There are plenty of great items if you go in open minded. Half of my clothes came from thrift stores.
