How to Install Mantra Device RD service in Windows Mantra MFS100

#HowToInstallMantra #MantraDevice #MantraDeviceRDSevice • In this video, we will show you have to install the Mantra device and how can we use Mantra device with BANKIT portal for various services like AePS. • Let's start step by step- • 1. 1st we have to check if Mantra RD service is already installed in our system or not? • 2. If it is available then we will uninstall the old versions and will install the new version. • a) To uninstall the old version of RD service, Go to Control Pannel then select Programs . • b) Here you can see all installed software of your system. • c) Now you have to uninstall the old version of Mantra RD service. • (i) To uninstall the file, Right click on the file and click Uninstall • 3. How to Install the new version of Mantra RD service- • (a) Open Google in your internet browser and type Mantra Softech and press enter • (b) Click on 2nd result - Mantra Softech:Home • (c) On the Tab, there is an option to Download . Click on the Download button and select Drivers Documents , enter the Capcha and submit. • Download and Install the 3 Drivers. • 1.Download MFS100 Driver - Windows XP/7/8/10 • 2.Download MFS100 RD Service (1.0.2) • 3.Download MFS100 Client Service • (d) Once Download is complete, copy the downloaded folder and paste it on your desktop. • (e) One by one install all the 3 files by double clicking. • • 5. To check if the Mantra driver is successfully installed or not, Go to your BANKIT portal and login with your registered email address. • 6. Click on AEPS i.e mentioned on the menu bar of your BANKIT portal. • 7. Now click on Balance enquiry and fill the details like BANK name , AADHAAR Number and select BIOMETRIC device . • Just we have installed the mantra device so we will select Mantra in the Biometric Device option. • 8. Accept terms conditions and click on the Capture Fingerprint button. • 9. Put the Account holder's finger on your connected Morpho BIOMETRIC device. Once the finger will capture you see a message BIOMETRIC CAPTURED SUCCESSFULLY at Screen. • 10. Click on the Submit button.
