Foam Roller Routine for Lymphedema and Lipedema Lymphatic Drainage and Lymphatic Massage

In this video I go through a full foam rolling routine for Lymphedema and Lipedema management with lymphatic massage. I show both how I would use a large roller and also a small, hand-held roller. • Foam rolling can assist to break up fibrosis that has formed and improve fluid flow. You can use pieces of this routine or follow it from start to finish.
