Hummus and Cauliflower are very commonly used all around mediterranean cuisine. • Today, I am sharing my healthy cooking recipe, cauliflower steak with beet hummus. Bloom beans overnight • 2. Start cooking beans • 3. Cook beets • 4. Cook cauliflower 40min before serving • 5. Finish Beet Hummus • 6.
