http://for-dmd.org A new study, called FOR-DMD (Finding the Optimum Regimen of Corticosteroids for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy), is now underway to determine whether daily steroid treatment or an alternative regime is more effective in slowing the disease progression and managing side effects. 43 centers across 5 countries (US, Canada, UK, Italy and Germany) are recruiting boys, aged 4-7 years, to participate in the study.
