The Neer Sign is one of the classic special tests for shoulder impingement. The examiner stabilizes the scapula while passively elevating the arm. • Several studies have looked at this test and found it to not be very specific, but I feel it is still useful to detect overall inflammation and symptoms of the shoulder. • 👊🏻Was this helpful?
