Fire Starting Kit

Fire is very important in survival. Not only does it do the obvious by keeping you warm but it boosts your moral considerably. If you have ever been in a situation where you couldn't get a fire started and got yourself cold, wet or hungry with only food available that needs cooked, and then were able to finally get a fire going, you know exactly what I am talking about. I have been in this situation so I know the importance of fire. I have had Bic lighters and fancy rocket lighters fail on me. So when I am headed into the backcountry or during survival training, this fire kit is what I carry.
