This is the second Loopy case that we’ve reviewed and I’ve got to say, they’ve done a great job eliminating what I thought were a bunch of weakness on their already highly rated Loopy Slim cases. • The Loopy Vibe isn’t a complicated case. It’s a TPU frame with a rubber band attached to the back but with this setup, you’re iPhone will almost never suffer a drop. Seriously, with the Loopy case, you’ll never go back to being stuck with only 1 hand. Or getting punched in the face with your iPhone. • Based on our time with the Vibe, we gave it a score of 4.4 Eh’s out of 5. This is one of the highest rated slim iPhone cases that we’ve reviewed out of the 3 dozen cases that we’ve personally used. If you’d rather read the rest of this review, check out our written review and if you want to see how this loopy case fares against the other loopy case that we have, check out that out in our comparison tool! • In terms of design, the Vibe is one of the smaller slim iPhone cases that we’ve come across though its not as slim as the Loopy Slim. It feels well put together as its quite pliable though the glossy back is going to attract scratches over time but aren’t noticeable unless you’re really looking for them. • In terms of Protection, the TPU portion of the case has multiple layers, the edges of the case extend far enough for you to easily install a glass screen protector without having it sit on a flat surface. We were a little worried about the slight gap on the slim case along the bottom but the Vibe doesn’t have that problem. • Our biggest issue for the Loopy slim, was that we felt it wouldn’t protect your iPhone when it wasn’t in your hands. The lack of coverage around the iPhone, coupled with the bulge at the bottom of the case and the low edges, meant that if your iPhone was to be knocked to the ground off a table, there’s still a chance it would get mangled. The Vibe’s design makes that all irrelevant. A drop from table height isn’t going to do much to your iPhone in the vibe. • We don’t think you’re going to be dropping it any higher given that if it’s in your hand, your finger’s in the loop and its not going anywhere. So even though this case isn’t drop rated, it will provide better drop protection than even the toughest case in our opinion. • In terms of functionality, this is were the Loopy Vibe shines. Again, like the slim, you get back both your hands. Its really surprising to me how much we’ve restricted ourselves by being addicted to our smartphones. • For example, if you’re trying to get your drink on while stalking your favourite review guy on Twitter, you have the opportunity to drink twice as much because you can have two drinks at once. • While eating your instant noodles with left over BBQ chicken, you easily use chopsticks while watching your favourite review guy make an idiot of himself on YouTube. • Or, or, can easily pet this cute dog while out on your coffee walk without having to put your iPhone away. It seems like such a simple thing but being able to do this, just makes your iPhone so much easier to use. • Seriously, taking a selfie becomes easier with this case, having a decent grip while taking a call in the off chance that you run into a pole, the only thing that’s going to hurt is your face, not your phone. And again, your iPhone isn’t going to punch you in your face. • In terms of getting to your iPhone, ports are good, camera is good, this Vibe doesn’t get in the way of accessing anything on your iPhone. Even the screen. • So, that’s all I got.
