Recipes for Pumpkin Pie from the Libby's Pure Pumpkin can: • #libbys #pumpkinpie #thanksgiving #pie • Pie 1: Famous Pumpkin Pie: • Combine dry ingredients: ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves and ¾ cup of sugar. Mix all that in a little bowl. • Beat 2 eggs in a big bowl. • Add the can o’ pumpkin and the sugary spice mix. • Gradually stir in 12 oz of evaporated milk. • Pour it into your pie shell. • Pie 2: New-Fashioned Pumpkin Pie: • Beating 2 eggs in a large bowl. • Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp ground cloves and a can of pumpkin to the eggs. • Gradually stir in 1 cup evaporated milk and 1¾ cups of sweetened condensed milk. • Pour into your pie crust. • Each of these pies goes into a 425-degree Fahrenheit oven. After 15 minutes reduce the temperature to 350-degree Fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a butter knife into the middle.
