Nichols Canyon is almost synonymous with the La Grange racing team here in Los Angeles. Every Sunday, they will hammer up this three-mile canyon in the Hollywood Hills to Mulholland Drive. I've done that ride once or twice, and I can say that the team is super friendly, super organized, and SUPER fast! This time around, I go up alone so I can ride at my own pace and really absorb the scenery :). It was a little hazy, but the cloud layer made for some pretty cool views of the San Fernando Valley at the top.
