This is an incredibly powerful Spear which has a fantastic special ability of extending it's reach, meaning you can quite happily kill your enemies without any danger of taking damage. • In order to find this weapon, you need to have first completed all of the England region quests, which then allows you to start a quest called A Brother's Keeper.
