Make the perfect quick and easy butter masala omelette for sehri and bring something new on the table this time. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #NurpurButter • Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3K2ig6U • Butter Masala Omelette • Serves 2-3 • Recipe in English: • Ingredients: • -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium • -Nurpur butter salted 30g (3 tbs) • -Cooking oil 1 tbs • -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste • -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp • -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp • -Garam masala powder ½ tsp • -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp • -Water 3-4 tbs • -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs • -Nurpur butter salted 30g (3 tbs) • -Anday (Eggs) whisked 3 • -Anday (Eggs) boiled slices 6-7 • -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped • -Chaat masala to taste • Directions: • -Grate onion tomatoes with the help of garter set aside. • -In a frying pan,add butter,cooking oil let it melt. • -Add grated onion tomatoes,mix well cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes. • -Add ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,mix well cook for 1-2 minutes. • -Add water,mix well cook for 2 minutes. • -Add green chilli,fresh coriander mix well. • -Add butter mix well. • -Add whisked eggs spread evenly. • -Add boiled eggs,green chilli,fresh coriander,chaat masala,cover cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes. • -Serve butter masala omelette with paratha tea. • Recipe in Urdu: • Ajza: • -Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium • -Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium • -Nurpur butter salted 30g (3 tbs) • -Cooking oil 1 tbs • -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp • -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste • -Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp • -Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp • -Garam masala powder ½ tsp • -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste • -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp • -Water 3-4 tbs • -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped ½ tbs • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs • -Nurpur butter salted 30g (3 tbs) • -Anday (Eggs) whisked 3 • -Anday (Eggs) boiled slices 6-7 • -Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped • -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped • -Chaat masala to taste • Directions: • -Pyaz aur tamatar ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein side per rakh dein. • -Frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein. • -Grated pyaz tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein. • -Adrak lehsan paste,zeera powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein. • -Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein. • -Hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. • -Makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein. • -Pheetay hoye anday dal ker evenly pheela lein. • -Boiled anday,lal mirch,hara dhania aur chaat masala dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein. • -Butter masala omelette ko parathay aur chai ka saath serve karein.
