This recipe is adapted from LeTao, a company in Hokkaido, famous for its double fromage cheesecake. They have the best cheesecake one can ask for. I’ve seen a lot of variations (chocolate, matcha, strawberry etc) but no black tea yet. So I tweaked the recipe to make it happen. • This cake has the perfect balance between no-bake creamy smooth mascarpone cheesecake and rich baked cream cheese layer. These two layers blend together and make a perfect double fromage cheesecake. “Just one bite and you will experience the taste in your mouth that melts like snow.” The black milk tea brings rich and unique flavor. Then use double boiler method to heat gelatin mixture and stir until it dissolves. (Or microwave it for a few secs.
