It is likely that these cases are also actually forms of of the very common, shoulder impingement syndrome which mimics frozen shoulder but is not adhesive capsulitis. With a true frozen shoulder, however, It is virtually impossible to remove and open the causative shoulder adesions with neck manipulation and upper trapezius mobilization.
