The Death and Taxes mod takes everything you love about Europa Universalis III and puts it on steroids. The greatest thing that it does is expand the time to 1356-1928 so you now have almost 600 years of human history to play through. Also they have improved the AI, added in more and better missions, and made it possible to form the German and Roman empires and much more.
