An early model electric car being driven through the streets of Adelaide in 1941. • • The car was designed by John Bowker. It is shown outside the State Library, Parliament House and Montefiore Hill where it stops near the statue of Colonel Light. • • The footage is an extract of the film taken by Laurence S. Casson.
