Traditional Estonian folk song persormed by group Laudaukse Kääksutajad (Members: Kairi Leivo, Katrin Laidre, Maria Laatspera, Evelyn Rosenberg). The name of the group - Laudaukse Kääksutajad may be translated to English as Barn door Squeakers. Nice sound from an old Barn Door may sometimes be an impulse to a new song. Most of the songs that they sing are traditional songs called regilaul . Regilaul is a traditional way of singing with a foresinger and a choir repeating the words. Sometimes folk-songs get a new life in their interpretation. They try to create strong ties with the past by singing old songs with a modern view and explaining their own thoughts through the words and sounds of their ancestors.
