My old lever was basically falling apart. It would get hung up and the flap wouldn't close all the way. I about hit the roof when I got my utility bill and my water/sewer charge was $90!!! So, I installed this new lever. It was super easy to install. The only issue was the black gasket around the square piece wouldn't fit on my tank. I had to take it off, and the lever slipped in perfectly. I got the washer tightened up and attached the chain and gave her a flush. Perfect! After several flushes, the flapper in the bottom hasn't gotten stuck once! This is totally going to save me tons of money on my utility bill. It's very stylish too.
