Oscar-winning actor Sidney Poitier has died at the age of 94, officials in the Bahamas confirmed. Poitier, who won the Academy Award for 1963's Lillies of the Field, received critical acclaim for several films throughout his career, including Porgy and Bess, A Raisin in the Sun and A Patch of Blue.
