Chinese Hoisin Pork Fillet Stir-Fry (Chinese Style Cooking Recipe) • Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei, ever since my Mother taught me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for Cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and pick-up new Asian/Chinese recipes. • Ingredients: • 250g pork fillet • 50g Green Pepper • 50g Red Pepper • 50g Onion • 2 Cloves Garlic • 5g Ginger • 50g Hoisin Sauce • 2g Chicken Granules • 2g Sugar • 1 Tsp Cooking Wine • Salt to Taste • Method: • 1. Thinly slice the garlic and ginger • 2. Thinly slice the onion and pepper • 3. Thinly slice the pork • 4. Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a wok • 5. Add garlic, ginger and onion, stir fry for few seconds • 6. Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes • 7. Add the peppers stir-fry for a minute • 8. Add hoisin sauce and 20ml of water, stir-fry for 20 seconds • 9. Add sugar, chicken granules, salt to taste and stir • 10. Pour in the cooking wine and stir.
