The POMS India Chapter Conference, the International Conference on Happiness: Science and Practice (ICHSP), and the Doctoral Research Conference 2024 brought together scholars and practitioners to exchange ideas and push the boundaries of knowledge. These events showcased our commitment to fostering meaningful dialogue and innovation across diverse fields. • Our social initiatives exemplified our dedication to creating lasting impact. The Young Changemaker's Programme, a rural immersion bootcamp for school children worldwide, empowered young minds to drive change. Events like Soul Carnival, Yuva Sangam, and Human Connect strengthened bonds within and beyond our campus, while the Joy of Giving initiative inspired generosity and kindness. Our plantation drives underscored our focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, leaving a green legacy for future generations. Additionally, the Merit-Cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship reflected our mission to ensure inclusive education by supporting meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds in their pursuit of excellence in management education. • Cultural vibrancy was at the heart of 2024.
