The BMW M5 CS came out in a limited release in early 2021, but it took us until this year to get a drive of the car out of the brand’s HQ in Germany. Was it worth the cash? • The BMW M5 CS was an ultra-rare special edition F90 M5 with 467kW of power (635 PS), 750Nm of torque, AWD and weight-savings measures. It was offered in Australia for a brief window but all 20 examples that came to the country were sold almost immediately. • The M5 CS stood alone in the market but the F90 M5 Competition (still on sale) competes with the Mercedes-AMG E63 and the Audi RS6 and RS7. The M5 CS was offered in sedan form only. • As always, we don’t accept advertising from car manufacturers, and we’re powered by Budget Direct - so this is an independent, honest review of the BMW 5 Series. • Time codes: • 0:00 - What Is The M5 CS? • 1:30 - Modifications • 3:26 - Interior Tech • 5:57 - Alps Driving • 10:39 - Verdict • Subscribe now! https://www.youtube.com/user/ChasingC... • More BMW content: https://www.chasingcars.com.au/bmw/ • More M5 content: https://www.chasingcars.com.au/bmw/m5/ • Chasing Cars on Facebook: / chasingcarsaustralia • Follow Chasing Cars on Instagram: / chasingcars.com.au • Chasing Cars is Australia's most independent source of new car reviews, car industry news, comparisons and car guides.
