How to Strengthen your Intuition? This 35 Minute yin yoga class! • This yin yoga class for intuition is designed to begin to open your third eye and increase your inner knowing. This yin class to awaken intuition is part of an entire yin intuition series I’ve created because I truly believe that when we live from the level of our higher self, our souls, then the world will begin to shift in dramatic ways. • Why? Intuition jumps past the ego and urges you to take your next step from a higher place. While the ego is worried about power, control, approval, safety, pleasure, wealth, and status, intuition flows you toward joy, serenity, abundance, and love. • The ironic thing is that awakening the intuition and following its urges and whisperings will land us in a place we all want to arrive: perpetual love and joy. • • The ego is best friends with your monkey mind so bring your attention to your breath in this intuition yin session to turn it off. AS you melt into the yin yoga poses and breathe, you open up space for your energy to be cleaned, your body to heal, and your awareness to hear your intuition talking. • People experience their intuition messages in different ways. • 1. You may hear your messages, like a soft voice in your ear. NOTE: your intuition does NOT use the word SHOULD. Should do this, shouldn’t do that- that’s a sign that the ego, monkey mind, or your conditioning is talking, not your intuition. • 2. You may feel a sensation in your stomach or gut. That’s why people say ‘ my gut told me to…’ • 3. You may need to hear yourself talk out loud the messages, either on your own, or with a dear and trusted friend. You will literally hear the messages for yourself, coming from yourself by talking. • 4. Journaling with pen and paper or on a computer is another way people best access their intuition. They ask a question and free write without stop for five to ten minutes, not giving their mind a chance to think but going full out. Surprising messages will surface. It takes time to discover which way your intuition best speaks to you. • Flow into a intuition yin yoga practice once a week and then try out a new way to open to your intuition over the days that follow. Each week, try a new method. You may find that your intuition even flows to via ALL the methods, in which case, hooray!
