If you thought the 'we are getting cool new features now' stage hasn't started yet in the Dev Channel - this build should be enough proof that it HAS, in fact, started. However, with the recent Windows development schedule changes, this could all change with just one build. • After being missing since Windows 11's original release, Taskbar overflow finally returns in this build, complete with a new design for the menu to match Windows 11. There's a catch - if you have one of the new search button designs enabled, you can only get Overflow to work by running these ViVeTool commands: • vivetool /enable /id:35620393 • vivetool /enable /id:35620394 • File sharing improvements have also been added, as well as a good set of bugfixes and a new desktop background for the (still non-functional) Spotlight theme. The new desktop background can be found in C:\\Windows\\Web\\Wallpaper\\Spotlight and is called img50.jpg.
