Thankfully, the drink disappears pretty quickly in this house. • Smoothies are the way to go to get in a lot of good stuff into little tummies! Here is this recipe: • Carrot- Banana-Berry Smoothie • ♡1 cup frozen berries (I get mine @samsclub) • ♡Small handful of greens (this is where the folate is!- protects DNA and repairs any damaged DNA) • ♡1 banana • ♡Pumpkin seeds- like a tablespoon- I eyeball it.
