Easy Risotto in the Rice Cooker • Ingredients: • • 1½ cups white rice (uncooked) • 2 to 2½ cups chicken broth • 1 tablespoon cooking oil • 4 tablespoons butter + 2 tablespoons (for the end) • ½ onion, chopped • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese • Scallions for garnish • Instructions: • 1. Rinse the rice and drain. • 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter with the cooking oil. Sauté the chopped onion until golden. • 3. Add the rice, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir well. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. • 4. Transfer the rice mixture to the rice cooker and cook until done. • 5.
