Soft, melt in your mouth meat with crispy, crunch skin. • Here are the ingredients I used to cook my lechon: • 1.6 kg pork belly • Full garlic bulb/head (diced) • 1/4 teaspoon salt • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 4 stalks lemongrass (cut length-wise) • 6 spring onions • 2 table spoon soy sauce • Soy sauce to brush meat. • 4table spoon milk +1 tablespoon milk mixed to brush meat. • Oil to brush meat. • See video for full instructions and method.
