8 form is a short simple Tai Chi form that is made up of 8 movements that embody the essence of Tai Chi. It does not require much space, so can be practiced inside your home or in your garden. It is an ideal form if you are self-isolating or in quarantine. If you have enough space to hold your arms outstretched in all directions and can take a step to the left and right then you have enough space. • Tai Chi uses slow rhythmic breathing with movement to relax the body and still the mind.
