Thank you. • • Diabetic Recipe - Thai Beef Salad • This Thai Beef Salad is a tangy, salad providing minimal spicy vibes with a whole different world of flavorful veggies and tender steak topped off with ginger, and lime dressing that is perfect to serve up as a tempting meal to satisfy a wild hunger. You can also get the benefit of this salad as a side dish with your favorite Thai dishes to boost the overall taste. • The main thing about a salad is its dressing. Hence, the dressing for Thai Beef Salad is a great and fantastic balanced blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy. The flavors of tantalizing lime juice, ginger, garlic, and brown sugar all come together in an unimaginable result that brings out the best flavors of the beef that you have not tasted before. And just imagine, when this deep sea of flavors got the beautiful covering of crunchy greenish veggies. • Ingredients: • 1. Beef Steak: ½ Pound (½-Inch Thick) • 2. Lettuce Pieces: 4 Cups • 3. Tomato Wedges: 2 Cups • 4. Cucumber: 1 Cup (Sliced) • 5. Red Onion: ½ Cup (Sliced) • 6. Fresh Lime Juice: 3 Tablespoons • 7. Soy Sauce: 4 Teaspoons • 8. Cilantro Leaves (Coriander): 1 Tablespoon (Chopped) • 9. Sugar: 2 Teaspoons • 10. Water: 2 Teaspoons • 11. Garlic Clove: 1 (Minced) • 12. Red Pepper: ¼ Teaspoon • Spices: • a) Salt: To Taste • b) Ground Black Pepper: To Taste • • Directions to Make: • 1. First, preheat your broiler / grill. • 2. Now season the steak with salt and black pepper powder. • 3. Place the steak on the broiler and cook 5-6 inches from the heat. You must cook like that for about 2-3 minutes. • 4. Once done, set it aside and let it cool. • 5. After that, cut the grain into thick slices (1/4 inch). • 6. Take a large mixing bowl; add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Give it a good stir. • 7. In another small size bowl, add the fresh lime juice, soy sauce, cilantro (coriander), sugar, water, garlic, and crushed black pepper in it. Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves. • 8. Now pour that dressing over the salad and toss. • 9. Finally, divide the salad into 4 plates and top each plate with sliced beef. • 10.
