A tight lower back is BIG problem for so many of my clients. Maybe for you as well!Stretching the lower back or the hamstrings may provide some short term relief but I have a long term fix. • The lower back gets tight when the weight is shifted forward, the long term fix is shifting the weight back. • If you want to loosen up your lower back but haven’t had much success, chances are your weight is shifted forward. • Laying on your back allows for gravity to help get the muscles of the back to relax, shifts the weight backwards, and the breath cycle drives it home!
