I am continuing to do experiments on the wheel strategy. So far the previous strategies end up me bag holding. Willing to own the stock. • 2. Available cash to purchase the stock or ETF if assigned. • 3. Start by Selling a Cash Secured Put (CSP), on Monday expiring on Friday of the same week, at a strike price about 15% Out of The Money (OTM) of the current share price. • 4. Allow the option to expire or be assigned. • 5. If not assigned, go back to rule 3. • 6. If the CSP is assigned, sell a Covered Call (CC) on a Monday expiring on Friday of the same week, at the same strike price the CSP is assigned. The strike price should be equal or above your cost basis. If not, don’t sell a covered call and wait for the share price to rise. • 7. If the CC is assigned, sell a CSP on a Monday expiring on Friday of the same week, at strike price about 15% Out of The Money (OTM) of the current share price.
