At 23:02 Sunday night, Northampton County sent Palmer Municipal Fire 27 to 3200 Freemansburg Avenue (at Greenwood) for a dwelling fire. • On arrival, 2751 signaled a working fire - fully involved 1-story single-family-dwelling reporting all occupants out of the house. • Command 27-51 special-called one engine from 14 to assist. By 00:15 command told dispatch the fire was out. Crews found 20 cats alive in the basement. One Firefighter sustained a minor hand injury and was aided by EMS.
