He wants the same protections in a contract that all 5,000 Anheuser-Busch Teamsters across the country are fighting for right now. • • “A raise, better health care, pension benefits, security for all 12 breweries, that’s all very important,” said Buffington, a member of Teamsters Local 947. • • 5,000 Teamsters work at Anheuser-Busch at dozens of U.S. breweries. Without a contract by February 29, there won’t be any beer come March.
