Hello, all. • Today I thought to kick off a new series of spatial transcriptomics analyses. This first video covers the what spatial transcriptomics is from the stand point you know about bulk RNA-seq, as well as some of the information that you can get from spatial transcriptomics like immune composition. • In future videos we are going to analyze the data Nanostring provides for their new 6000-plex Spatial Molecular Imager platform: Human Frontal Cortex.
