Today was a pawtastic amazing day! 🐾🦌 I got to hang out with some super cool reindeer buddies for the first time in my life!🐶🦌😃 Their antlers were seriously impressive and had me in awe!😲 Exploring the outdoors with these new pals was an adventure I won’t forget. In case you’re wondering, I had to keep some distance for precaution around the reindeer during their autumn mating season. They tend to get a bit bold and cocky, which can be quite intimidating for a little pup like me. 🐶🦌 • Did you know reindeers are in danger? Sadly, there are no real wild reindeers anymore. They’re all owned by reindeer herders and marked for identification, which is why they’re called semi-wild reindeers. They live freely and can roam, but they usually return in autumn and winter as finding enough food becomes challenging. Another danger they face is climate change! Even in summer, they struggle to find sufficient food due to warmer weather in Finnish Lapland.
