Spaghetti Pomodoro is really easy to make, and one of my goto classic Italian/American recipes. Among the tomato sauces I like, like ragu's, and bolognese, my Pomodoro is generally cooked for less time, and has fewer ingredients. The finished sauce is really just about the tomato, and is light and fresh tasting. • This pomodoro sauce only takes about an hour to make, and I make a large batch, saving the rest in the freezer for future fast meals. I then cook off some spaghetti to a perfect al dente, and then toss it with the sauce for my Spaghetti Pomodoro!
